We offer a full smart home design consultation service and can assist with producing a developed design including the coordinated architectural, structural and building services and accurate cost information. Satisfying RIBA Plan of Works Stage 3 Information Exchanges.
If required, our smart home design services can be commissioned earlier in the project lifecycle and can provide valuable input to preparation of initial or final project briefs and conceptual designs.

Even without a Service Plan, we will provide a return visit within the first thirty (30) days to “tweak” “soft” changes like names of buttons, etc.
We will also be available to answer any “how do I” questions for the first 90 days following notice of substantial completion.
